Q: Do you have a minimum requirement for flavors not offered on the current weekly menu?
A: Yes. The minimum order is 1 dozen per flavor (of any flavors not on the current weekly menu) and all orders require a minimum lead time of 24 hours.
Q: How far in advance do I need to special order cupcakes?
A: For orders of four dozen or more, we recommend at least 48 hours advance notice. Please allow more time for orders around the holidays or for larger events. We will always try our best to accommodate your order, but please order early to avoid disappointment!
Q: Do you accept call-ahead orders for same day pick-up?
A: We request that all call-ahead orders be placed by 5:00pm the day before. When circumstances allow, we do our best to accommodate same day pre-order requests, but in any event, you may always come into the shop during our regular business hours and purchase any number of cupcakes as a walk-in customer.
Q: Can I phone or e-mail an order for pick-up?
A: Of course! You can contact us during business hours and one of our staff members would be happy to assist you with placing an order over the phone or via email. 651-243-1114
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, we offer delivery through our restaurant delivery service. Click on the "Order" button at the top of the page to place your order.
Q: Do you do same-day deliveries?
A: Yes. Same-day delivery can be scheduled through our delivery service (using "Order" button at the top of the page) or through BiteSquad, Door Dash, or Uber Eats, and flavors must be chosen from the flavors we have available that day. (See weekly flavor menu)
Q: What is the earliest time I can have my cupcakes delivered?
A: Our earliest scheduled delivery would be 10:30am Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 12:30pm on Sunday.
Our latest delivery is 7pm Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8pm Friday and Saturday and 5pm on Sunday.

Q: Do you offer mini cupcakes?
A: Yes, we do offer mini cupcakes! Mini cupcakes are available by pre-order in quantities of 2 dozen mini cupcakes per flavor.
The cost is $36.00 for 2 dozen mini cupcakes. Mini cupcakes cannot be filled so you may choose flavors based on cake flavor and icing flavor. Contact us for questions regarding flavor combinations.
Q: How do I care for my cupcakes?
A: Our cupcakes are baked fresh and we encourage you to enjoy them at their freshest, within 24 hours of delivery/pick up.
We recommend that you plastic wrap your bakery box and store your cupcakes in the refrigerator if not consumed within 2 - 3 hours as most are topped with buttercream. Please remove cupcakes from the refrigerator and allow them to sit out at room temperature for about 30 minutes before they are to be served. If you will be consuming the cupcakes more than 24 hours after purchasing them, you can freeze them in an airtight container and they are good for up to 10 days after they are purchased. To thaw them, leave them out at room temperature for 1-2 hours before they are to be served.
Q: Do all of your cupcakes contain dairy/gluten/nuts?
A: We are pleased to offer both gluten-free and vegan cupcake flavors and we are constantly adding new flavors to our menu. However, we are not an allergen-free bakery. Since we bake with high volumes of wheat (gluten) flour and dairy products on our premises, we advise customers with severe gluten or dairy allergies to err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our cupcakes.
Q: Are nut allergies a potential issue?
A: We are NOT a nut-free bakery. Several of our flavors contain peanuts or other nut products. We recommend that customers with nut allergies err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our cupcakes.
Q: Do you cater weddings or other special events?
A: Yes, we love to be a part of our customer's celebrations! Cupcake towers are a modern option for the traditional wedding. We have custom displays to fit any size event. We book events up to a year in advance and require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your requested date.

Q: How do I set up a tasting/consultation?
A: Please email us to schedule a consultation. There is a $30 fee for the tasting, which includes 4 standard cupcake flavors of your choosing.
The $30 fee is due at the time the appointment is scheduled and is non-refundable. $15 of the tasting fee will be credited to your balance if you book your event with us. If you would like to sample additional flavors that are not on our weekly menu -- beyond the 4 included in the tasting -- you may add additional flavors at a cost of $8/flavor.
Q: Do you provide cupcake towers to display/serve cupcakes?
A: Yes. We have several different options available for rental. There is a fee of $15.95 per tower (and a $50 damage deposit) for this service. This fee includes use of the tower(s) only; you will be responsible for set-up, take down and return of the tower(s) within 24 hours of your event. In the event that there are any missing and/or damaged pieces, replacement fees will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Q: Do you do custom cakes as well?
A: Yes. We do not carry cakes in store on a regular basis but we do custom cakes as requested. The information below is an estimate only. Prices are subject to change. Please email or call with your request a minimum of one week in advance.
All payments are required in full when placing a special order for a cake.
